Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wristwatch purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return any watch within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Watches must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn, resized, or otherwise altered.
  • Customized or engraved watches.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Message our customer service team on WhatsApp at +14588369139 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the watch securely, including all original materials, and ship it using the return label provided. Make sure to include the return authorization number inside the package.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Important: For orders that received free shipping, a $50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund in case of a return or exchange to cover shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or color, please follow the same steps as the return process. Once your return is received, we will process the exchange if the desired item is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
